There are no Wooden grips and I don’t know if this revolver was delivered with only the Pachmayr grips or not.  There is no damage to any component of this revolver.   Any discolorations within the shots are due to oil sheen and my lighting.  All bluing is deep dark blue and manufacturing unit authentic.
